Effective diagnosis depends not just on having the right equipment but also on keeping the equipment well maintained and functional. IHS provides front-line maintenance and technical support services for this critical part of the patient care cascade. 

IHS is currently Cepheid’s Authorized Service Provider for Pakistan and our team is responsible for keeping more than 470 GeneXpert machines across the country running under the innovative Access Care mechanism.

This includes both periodic maintenance and on-demand remote and on-site support, replacement of parts, training of site personnel, updates to software, and pre-installation and periodic site readiness assessments.
